1. Definitions
"Platform" means the RiskResolve SaaS service. "Customer" means the entity entering into the agreement. "Service" means everything delivered via the Platform.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and agreements between RiskResolve and the Customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. License
Non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the term of the agreement.
4. Price and payment
Invoicing monthly or annually in advance. Payment term 14 days. Prices exclude VAT.
5. Liability
Limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.
6. Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes: Amsterdam court.
