What RiskResolve does
RiskResolve is an onboarding platform for firms that fall under the Dutch Wwft. It brings together what firms often do with separate tools, namely a client portal for forms, questionnaires, document requests, identity verification and signing, a file per client, a contract builder for engagement letters, and client due diligence (CDD, often called KYC).
In the file a firm records the legal entities and natural persons with their roles, and screens them for PEP status, sanctions, adverse media, country risk, industry, insolvency and guardianship. Screening and the risk questionnaire produce a low, medium or high risk level. A reviewer approves the file and every step goes into an activity log.
The application is built on the Dutch Wwft and works in Dutch and English. Dedicated templates exist for bookkeeping firms, tax advisers, accountants and notaries. Other obliged entities use the general templates.
